Formbricks supports two types of integrations:

Direct integrations (Slack, Notion, Google Sheets) use OAuth authentication and allow you to:
  • Connect with a few clicks
  • Select specific surveys to sync
  • Map survey questions to destination fields
  • Automatically send responses as they arrive

Webhook-based Integrations

Webhook and API-based integrations (Zapier) provide:
  • Flexible trigger configurations
  • Custom data transformations
  • Support for complex workflows
  • Integration with thousands of apps

Getting Started

In your Formbricks dashboard, go to Configuration > Integrations

Self-Hosted Configuration

If you’re running a self-hosted Formbricks instance, each integration requires additional environment variable configuration. Check the individual integration guides for setup instructions.

What Data Gets Synced?

Depending on the integration, the following data can be synced:
  • Response data: Answers to survey questions
  • Metadata: Timestamp, user agent, country, device type
  • Contact attributes: User identification data (if configured)
  • Survey information: Survey name, type, and status
  • Custom variables: Any variables you’ve set in your survey logic
